Ruslan counted only on himself in this world. That’s why he was looking for
the new kinds of protection.

Ruslan. I was afraid
that somebody would overcome me.
Ruslan counted on himself
in this world. That’s why he was looking for the new kinds of
protection. There were several kinds of cold steel and weapons
in his arsenal.
Ruslan. When I had weapons by me I felt that I was
much stronger than people who surrounded me, and I wasn’t afraid of
them.
As a result the weapon worked out. But it happened unexpectedly
for Ruslan.
Ruslan. Once when we were in the company my friend
took a pistol from my coat and took a cartridge out of my pocket,
I thought that he took the cartridge out of the barrel. That’s why
I snatched out the pistol, moved the bolt, pointed it on another person
and pressed on a cock. I didn’t expect the cartridge to be there.
The pistol shot. After that his face was smashed, his teeth were hollowed
out. I worried a lot because I could have killed a person, my friend. |

I came on the bank of the river and having shot in myself
I understood that I would be dying. Suddenly I heard the voice:
“If you fall asleep you will die”, and then I said: “God, help
me”. I closed my eyes and when I opened them I had been already
standing on my legs.
God saved Ruslan’s life. But
after having left the hospital he in spite of the weakness renewed
trainings and armed again.
Ruslan. did not want to lose that power. I had a
weapon all the time. I didn’t use it but people were afraid of me.
Due to the trainings Ruslan
became famous in the criminal surrounding. Once he was hired to
take a big sum of money from the debtor.
Ruslan. There were my mother and my sister at home.
They were scared to death. I saw them trembling and there was fear
in their eyes, that’s why I turned and went away. I decided not to
do that any more. |

Big changes began to happen in
their family after Ruslan had made a choice between good and evil.
Ruslan. I came home and I heard my mother singing
in the kitchen. I couldn’t believe that. She told me that she had
come to God and that they prayed in church. Then we all decided to
go and see what that was like.
In the church Ruslan accepted the most important decision.
Ruslan. I gave my heart to God. And I wasn’t going
back but flying. Since then I’m the happiest person in the world.
I understood that I didn’t need to protect myself. There is nobody
stronger than God. And when He put His protection then nobody would
stand against it.
