Pasha Baranov: "I started singing when I was a child. When I was 4, I sang children's songs and read verses at Vladimir Radio. I grew up listening to underground Russian music which one could see from texts and lyrics of some of our songs. By 17, I became a dirty Russian punk. Because I listened to much underground and pagan music, I became a very aggressive and unbearable youth. I used to have constant conflicts with the police, with the system, with the state foundations, and, generally, with myself.." Lyosha Trophimov: "I started playing bass guitar when I was 15. Almost in the beginning, I became a member of the group "Morgue." Our life style had all the corresponding attributes: alcohol, drugs, etc. We played thrash and death metal." Vadim Doronin: "I started playing drums when I was 11. First I played just one drum at a village dancing. In five years, guys from a neighboring village invited me to play full drum set with them. Then we decided to move to a neighboring town, looking for success and glory, but shortly after I had to join the army. After the army, I decided to get a musical education at a college, but I did not graduate from it because of my sinful character. At the college I met the group "Prism" from the town of Alexandrov, and played with them for a year and a half. The group broke up because some musicians left it for other groups, and I came back to Vladimir where I played with "ShDTP" and then with "The Mortal Dose" where I met Dmitry Usov, a future guitar player of "Watch Out for Dogs." It was the "hardest" (in terms of music) period of my musical life." Illya Zobanov: "I started playing guitar when I was 17, as soon as I got it as a present for my birthday. Before that, I have been studying singing, music, and dancing for 10 years. It was hard for me to leave strange gatherings where I could find nothing but loneliness. In 1991, after a long search for the truth, I came to Jesus. Now I am playing with "Watch Out for Dogs" as a second guitar player." Dmitry Usov: "" Pasha Baranov: "The only person who could bring peace to my life was Life Himself, Jesus Christ. Of course, it happened at a Christian concert. Since 1992, my love belongs not to the world, but to Christ." Lyosha Trophimov: "In 1993, I happened to come to a concert by a Christian rock group, and there I accepted Christ. Playing at my thrash band has become a big challenge to me. Shortly after I joined the army; when I came back home, I decided to break with the band. Then God blessed me with an opportunity to work at the church, with a new group, "Watch Out for Dogs." Vadim Doronin: "After all of these adventures, God found me and delivered of all worldly passions; then he gave me a ministry of a drummer at the church worship team. In 1996, our brothers from "The Calvary Chapel" invited me to play with "Watch Out for Dogs" where I keep on working until this day." Illya Zobanov: "I came to Jesus in 1991, at an international Christian youth conference. Jesus has completely changed my life, and now I want to serve not to the world, but only him." Dmitry Usov: ""
