Corr.: How was the name of your group born?

P.B.: Once in 1996, when we were on our way to a ministry to prisoners, God gave a name to our new-born group by showing us a Biblical verse, Philippians 3:2.

Corr.: It sounds very striking -- like a call, like a warning.

Answer: The name of our group does reflect our zeal of the cleanness of God's Word. These days there are many liars, profiteers, and parasites who try to substitute for the true God, Jesus Christ.

Corr.: What kind of people does your music address?

Answer: We all love rock'n'roll, and we want to in an alternative way bring the Gospel to those who can't be reached by our brothers wearing neck-ties.

Corr.: How do you perform?

Answer: We think of our group's activities as of evangelization. Usually at our concerts we call people to repent, and God changes hearts of many young people and records these saved souls into the Book of Life.

Corr.: How did you choose this direction?

Answer: We just play for the Lord. We call our music spiritual and prophetic. Actually we learnt about what Christian music was only in the church.

Corr.: Could you tell us about yourselves?

Pasha Baranov: I was born in 1975. I have been singing songs since my childhood; in my songs I describe various moments of my life.

Lyosha Trophimov (Lyokha the Phil): I was also born in 1975. By education, I am a specialist on repair equipment, but I have been playing bass guitar since I was 15.

Vadim Doronin: I am the group's drummer. I was born in 19...; well, I am the oldest member of the band.

Illya Zobanov: I was born in 1978. I was a diligent "young pioneer." I have been studying singing, music, and dancing for 10 years, since I was 8. Then I decided to get a degree in economics; now I am a graduate student and am about to get a second economical education. I received an M.Sc. in economics in Europe.

Dmitry Usov: I was born in 1973, in Vladimir. I have graduated from an Institute of Foreign Languages, and am now studying economics at another university. I love praise and worship. Now my beloved wife Oxana and I live in Moscow; here I serve as a pastor's assistant.

Miracles
The biggest miracle that God has accepted of us.

Performers
By 17, I became a dirty Russian punk. Because I listened to much underground and pagan music, I became a very aggressive and unbearable youth.
