Once, during the sermon of healing we prayed for ill people. There were a lot of wonders and signs! But I was surprised when one old woman asked me to pray for her neighbor, who as she said was an “admirer”. Thinking about giving the anointment I put hands on the “admirer” who was sitting on the knees and said: “More, Jesus”. The next moment reminded a film episode with Jacky Chan. The “admirer” grasped my hair and began tousling my hairdo. Having changed “More, Jesus” on “Blood of Christ” I managed to get free somehow. Then Trevor, the leader of our “British group”, came to pray for this woman together with me. Now let me explain. Having been asked to pray for the “neighbor-admirer” I heard only half of the phrase. Yes, she was an admirer…of Kali, the goddess of death. When I found out that, I can’t help laughing that always comes for help “as God’s way of deliverance and praise”. The only thought I had at that moment was – what Kali can be compared with Jesus, my Jesus? And what can separate me from Christ’s love that spreads from west to east?
