Serkova Marina Yurievna, was born on September 27, 1982. At that time we lived in the town of Ust’Kute, Irkutsk region. When the Soviet Union desintegrated, we dicided to come back to our motherland. I was almost 12 years old. While my parents were moving, my brother and I lived at our grandmother’s house in Priluki. A large evangelism took place in the town at that time. I went to the Sunday school and sang in a choir. By the way, since that time I have been singing the song “The Sky of Eden” – I used to sing it for the adults in a cimena during evangelistic concerts. They gave me my first Bible with an inscription “May God pour out His blessings on you. June 18, 1994.” I wanted to be baptized but my grandmother didn’t let me to. In September I moved to Brovary where I live by now. At first I wasn’t able to find a church to go. In the fall of 1996 the students from a Bible institute came to my house and invited me for an evangelistic school where I study. Then a new church appeared. In some time God led me to the praise group where I still sing.
