Cor: When and how did you decide to write and perform christian music? Answer: I couldn’t make a definite decision because I didn’t think about it at all. But my first song was written in a reformatory school after four months I believed. I was walking and words with the music came to me. The song was included in the album “Receive A Latter”. E. Guduhin performed it. At that time I was his manager. We composed two more songs for the album “My Faith” – “A Stranger In The Night” and “My Friend”. Cor. You are working not only as a singer, aren’t you? Tell us about your occupation. Answer: CD with my songs was issued after two tapes had been issued in Ukraine and Israel. I decided to work as a producer that more people would find out about my intention. I put information about my vision on CDs and tapes. For the present, it is only one my album. The album of Israel duet singing psalms in Russian from “Songs of Revival”, and the fifth album of the band “Renewing” from Mariupol. Cor.: What is music for you? Answer: I believe that music is the key to man’s soul. It causes it to open. Music follows one always: when one is born – birthday music is performed, when one is got married – wedding march is performed, and when one is dead – funeral march is performed. When person gets to know God, He opens his ears that he could hear heavenly music. One has to understand music as well as the truths in the Bible. Being unbelievers we didn’t understand when wee read the Bible. One is able to understand music of Bah, Mozart, and Beethoven if God reveals it to him. Music helps me to live. Cor. Who do you write your sons for? Answer: When a person receives salvation, he is eager to tell about God’s mercy to others. My songs are divided into two categories: gospel songs and songs for those who got to know God but were backslidden. Cor. Where do your concerts take place? Answer: In 1999 I issued two audio albums in Kiev and I also performed in several churches there after that I went to visit some other churches in Donetsk region. When I moved to Israel I sang in five churches. That is all. So far I don’t perform concerts but I have a great desire to gain many friends in churches in America and other countries in order to serve them with what God has given me and testify about God’s mercy. Cor: What is your plans for future? Answer: Many homeless, drug addicts and alcoholics live in the streets and die for different reasons. I want to start a hospital in Tel Aviv, in order to help them and bring them the gospel. People who want to consecrate their lives to God for several months will have to accustom to live a holy life outside of a hospital and I have experience in this regard. I was a pastor assistant in the hospital for four months, working with homeless people in Israel orphanage. I need prayer support and financial support from christian business men who want to help in opening such a hospital. Faithful and loyal to God christians in America, Canada, Germany and other countries RESPOND! And I also want to start a store that the ones who want to support our ministry allowed us to make copies of audio and videotapes. Money from selling will support the ministry. May the Lord bless you all! Cor.: What would you like to tell to your listeners? Answer: Repentance is God’s mercy granted to man. Most people who I talk to about God answer that old people or not normal ones need God but normal people should live normally not doing bad things. I realize how great God’s mercy and how we are indebted to God for His Son He sent to His people who were chosen by God in eternity. But God veiled their faces that they would receive Him not and betray Him. To my mind betraying means “giving to somebody”. Who did they give Him to? They gave Him to other nations on the earth. Not only did God offer His Son but He also offered His people who had been chosen from the beginning. He killed other nations who tried to threat them for their sake. I think that all the nations are indebted not only to the God’s Son but also to the people of Israel. That is why I pray and I believe that peoples’ hearts of all the nations would be thankful to God and also to Israel for their salvation. We feed on the word, which came out of the Jews, don’t we?
