Interviewer: How did You begin to write and sing the songs for God? Answer: I have always written about the things that I experienced, felt deeply in my heart, about the things I went through. God endowed me with a talent to express my thoughts and feelings in the songs. I have been writing them since 1987. Before my meeting with Christ these had been lyrics, ballades and romances. It was hard for me to emagine how could one ever sing about God. But when I started to live by faith It is reflected in my music - so naturally and easy. It is normal and at the same time so amazing. Interviewer: How do you write songs? Answer: Words and music are being written at one and the same time, practically without any corrections. It seems as if they are being dictated from above. I only need to write them down. Writing of one song takes about 5-15 minutes. Interviewer: What is music for you? Answer: Music is my profession, my breath and the main hobby. Interviewer: What is your audience? Answer: People of different age listen to my songs. Each finds something that can touch or fasinate him or her. Interviewer: Tell us, please, about your work. Answer: In Kiev I go to church New Life (pastor A. Kaljuzhnyj). I sing in a worship group. In recent time I participate in various christian programmes, festivals, conferences. I am involved in evangelisation service of a missionary Revival (Billy Gramm Association) with the participation of Viktor Gumm and also work for a missionary Sower (evangelist Don Batts). I perform in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, the Check Republic and the others. I was invited to Scotland by Moldavia Ministry and in 1999 I visited this wonderful country, about 14 towns. Team I went with was collecting money aimed at building of two churches in Moldavia. Concerts were of great success. Interviewer: What are your hobbies? Answer: My likings varied depending on age and mood - dances, books, painting, knitting and the like, but music was and remains my calling. Interviewer: What are your artistic aims? Answer: I want to tell everybody about God's love, tell them about His holliness and glory. And now as never before I have all the opportunities for it. I am happy that I live at this time. Though we all experience difficult times now there is He who will never leave us and forsake us. Only God can give Faith, Love, Hope. My songs are about it and that is what I thank my Creator for.
