In 1992, my wife Nataliya became sick with a terrible disease of kidneys which immediately became chronic. Her diagnose was chronic glomerulonephritis. Her kidneys started shrinking at such a rate that she had to go to hospital every three months. Professor said she wouldn't live for more than 10 years. Nataliya completely hung her head, but I remember how she said once, "O Lord, I don't believe my eyes, but I believe you."
In 1994, we lost our first son. Natasha nearly died on the operating-table, the doctors hardly rescued her life, but the child died in a day. I was standing near the maternity home, praying, and literally crying to the Lord, "Jesus! I beg you, make me standing at this very place, fasting and praying filled with the Holy Spirit, and seeing my child!" From the human point of view, it was impossible. For my wife pregnancy meant death.
After that her sickness grew progressively worse. In 1996, when I started ministring full-time, I started praying in all churches that I visited for the healing of my wife and for a child. And there came a miracle - PRAISE THE LORD!
On the 23rd of June, 1998, I was standing at the same place near the maternity home and the Holy Spirit touched me and said, "Do you remember your prayer?" The doctors showed me from the window my just-born and not yet wiped dry son. God has completely healed my wife. While she was carrying and when gave birth to our baby, all of her tests were normal. He was born in the same maternity home where we lost our first-born. Heads of delivery room, gynaecological and theraupeutic departments said, "Now we also became believers, for God that these guys are praying to is the Living God!"

Interview
The world where I lived simply pushed me to creativity. Every day I saw fearful tortures of people, depravity, hard drinking, and treachery. There I wrote my first songs.
